PH Balance Behavioral (PHBB) has been operating since 2020. Throughout the pandemic, PHBB has supported children and families with behavioral challenges. PHBB strives to provide holistic therapy that is grounded in research and evidence-based practices. PHBB has served clients of all ages, including children and adults. PHBB’s mission is to increase access to support for all individuals who may need assistance with their behavior.

Brandon Perea-Hickam, PhD, BCBA, LAC, MFTC, CHT, CRMT
I hold a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with an emphasis in consulting and talent development. I have graduate certificates in both Applied Behavior Analysis and Play Therapy. I hold both a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy Counseling and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I hold a Bachelor’s of Psychology and an Associate’s of Psychology. I hold a certification in Sex Therapy. I have extensive training and certification in Hypnotherapy and Reiki, as a master in energy healing. I have been practicing therapeutic methods since 2018.
I look forward to meeting with you where you are and helping you address the issues and life stressors that are getting in your way. As someone who leads with curiosity, while attuning myself to the energies of those around me, I will provide a safe space for compassionate listening and co-collaboration of meaning.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Services from the University of Northern Colorado. I am currently studying Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University and plan to work towards my BCBA by spring 2027. I hold an RBT credential and have been practicing at PH Behavioral since March 2025.
I prioritize getting to know the entire family unit and leading with humor in my practice. I am excited to get to know your family and support you in helping clients and families reach their goals, big and small.
